With Ascent, Guests will step into an all-glass exterior elevator that travels 12 stories up the side of One Vanderbilt, reaching the highest viewing point in Midtown Manhattan at 1,210 feet (364 meters.)
If Ascent is not operating on the day and time of your visit, you will still experience all 3 floors of SUMMIT and will receive a $24 refund for the Ascent portion of your ticket.
